DIY Pallet Tray
This project was so incredibly easy and cheap to make. It's a fun alternative to your average place mat.
The Materials:
Wood
Ruler
Razor Blade
Hot Glue
Step 1
Mark the halfway point on three peices of wood.
Take a pencil and a ruler and draw a line down the middle.
Step 2
Use the razor blade to cut down the line. Once the wood has been cut, it's easy to just bend and break it in half. I used wood from the dollar store that are meant to be burned at BBQs and bonfires, so it's pretty easy to cut. You should end up with six separate pieces of wood (I only ended up using five of pieces).
Step 3
Cut & brake one of the planks in half once again.
Step 4
Hot glue the wooden planks to the ends of the two smaller planks.
Then hot glue two more planks between them.
Step 5
Paint the pallet so that the water from the food and drinks don't ruin the wood. I plan on doing this step later. I was a little too lazy to paint this time.
That's it, a super easy DIY!
